Our job consists of assisting air transport passengers in order to assert their rights to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. - This benefit will not be provided if the reported delay does not meet the qualifying delay requirements**.
*A flight is defined as a single scheduled airline flight under a single flight number.
**Delay must be officially announced by the airline as outlined and reported to our flight status data service provider
