This exclusive service is available as a complimentary benefit to Visa cardholders. We have made this benefit available to you and up to 1 additional passenger on the same journey, so even when you are travelling with family or friends they can join you.

Our job consists of assisting air transport passengers in order to assert their rights to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. - Flight registration must take place no later than 6 hours prior to a flight's scheduled departure. You will need to register any additional or return flights separately. You will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your registration.
- In the event of a qualifying flight delay announcement, we'll immediately send you an email with your complimentary airport lounge access vouchers*.
- This benefit will not be provided if the reported delay does not meet the qualifying delay requirements**.
*A flight is defined as a single scheduled airline flight under a single flight number.
**Delay must be officially announced by the airline as outlined and reported to our flight status data service provider
